• the fixtures
• the cabinets
• your personal property (computers, televisions, iPods, clothing, furniture, jewelry, sporting or music equipment)

Your own personal condominium insurance policy would cover these and also any liability coverage that is needed inside your condo. Your condo policy should name exactly what you are covered against. These are called named perils. They usually include:

• Smoke
• Fire and Lightening
